Large booths require detailed site survey in advance. Confirm load-bearing points, ceiling plans, power requirements. Verify all special requirements with the venue. We recommend arriving 3 days early.

The base structure of large booths requires reinforced frames. Install the load-bearing base first with anchor bolts, then add main columns and beams layer by layer. Calibrate level after each layer.

Large booths usually include multiple display areas. Assemble by zones according to the design plan: reception, product display, meeting areas. Ensure smooth visitor flow between zones.

Install LED screens, sound systems, interactive devices. Check signal connections, screen sync, and audio quality. Ensure all equipment operates properly for an immersive experience.

Conduct comprehensive safety checks, fire safety inspection, and overall effect evaluation. Clean all display areas, arrange promotional materials and exhibits. Run a pre-show rehearsal to ensure readiness.
