Standard Booth Installation Guide

Before setting up the booth, confirm the booth dimensions match the design drawings. Measure floor flatness, power outlet locations, and hanging point load capacity. We recommend arriving at the venue 1-2 days early for on-site survey.

After receiving materials, check them against the shipping list item by item. Sort by category: structural parts, panels, lighting, graphics, hardware, etc. for easy access during installation. Contact support immediately if any items are damaged or missing.

Follow the installation drawing sequence to build the main structure. Install the base frame first, then columns and beams, and finally secure the top structure. Check level and vertical alignment after completing each module.

After confirming the main structure is stable, install display panels and printed graphics. Panels must be flat without warping, graphics must be applied without bubbles or wrinkles. Ensure panel seams are aligned and graphics are correctly oriented.

Install light fixtures and connect power lines. Ensure all lights work properly and lighting angles meet design requirements. Check wiring safety to avoid overloading. Test all switches and dimming functions for optimal booth lighting.

Thoroughly inspect booth structural stability, electrical safety, and overall appearance. Clean booth surfaces, floors, and display areas. Confirm all display props are in place and ready for the exhibition. Take photos for future reference.
